Our Public Training Courses – Corona Virus Update

As the news is dominated by COVID-19 we are getting questions about our stance I thought it better to write this short blog post and clarify our position on this.

As things stand, we fully intend to continue the delivery of our public training course schedule. The only reasons that may lead to cancellation of any of these classes are:

• The UK government put in place restrictions or advice that restrict travel or the gathering of people for public events such as the training courses we provide.
• The venue we have booked tell us that we cannot use it for the training course.
• Our trainer/s get sick and cannot (or should not) deliver the training course.
• So many people drop out that it makes the training course pointless to run.

If you have booked onto of our upcoming courses, and any of the above become pertinent then a member of our team will be in touch as soon as possible. If the course you have booked does get cancelled, or you feel you cannot (or should not) attend the training then you will be able to either:

• Get a full refund or;
• Transfer your place to another class later this year.

Please note, we are not liable for travel or any other expenses you may have incurred should a cancellation prove necessary.

Of course this situation is changing daily but we want to reiterate that our full intention is to deliver this class as currently arranged and agreed.
