Advanced Scrum Master
This two-day course teaches you the skills necessary to become a highly effective ScrumMaster and to build a highly effective team, by learning through a variety of agile games and simulations.
This course will build on your Scrum knowledge and expand your skill set in the areas needed to be a successful ScrumMaster. Geoff & Paul will draw on all of their experiences coaching teams and mentoring ScrumMasters to highlight the common success and failure modes and, as with all of our courses, it is highly interactive and fun.

About the trainers...
Paul Goddard is an agile coach and trainer with experience of working with several scrum teams and projects, and is a keen practitioner and trainer of scrum and agile delivery. His coaching skills have been used on some of the largest agile transformation projects in the world to date, Paul has aided several other companies on their agile journeys in a variety of industries ranging from small independent holiday travel companies through to multi-national technology and consultancy providers.
Geoff Watts is a Certified Scrum Trainer and Agile Coach with a proven track 
record of helping individuals, teams and organisations in their adoption of agile, and Scrum in particular. He has experience ofhelping lead one of the largest agile transformations in the world – at British Telecom – and has experience of all the traditional challenges that you can face when adopting agile.
